Collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to align on project requirements and drive development. Running several design-focused teams, resolving blockers, managing competing priorities, and dependencies. Working closing with designers to understand their workflows and improve our development processes. Accessing live game issues through server data and driving development teams towards resolutions.

Player Mentorship Manager

Forming and maintaining communications with Creative Mode players to improve tools and increase the talent of creative mode users. Using internal analytics I am able to identify top creators. I then reach out to them and pair them with internal developers to help mentor the creators and connect developers with users.
